Drink selections like refreshing Orion Beer round out the experience, offering a clean, light complement to the hearty dishes.

Food was excellent! Location is good being that it’s right on 16th street and the atmosphere is well done, clean, inviting and thought out. The service was not great. It was moderately busy and the server forgot about us several times and I had to waive her over each time we needed something. She was friendly but it felt like she either had too many tables or that because we were in the corner we were out of sight and neglected. I’d still recommend going here and it could have just been that particular experience.

I was walking on 16th Street in Denver and had a little time before my next meeting, so I wanted to grab a quick Asian inspired lunch. I found Menya along the way and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Menya Special Ramen. They serve classic Japanese ramen with a thick, creamy pork broth, bouncy noodles, and nicely marinated char siu. It’s a true taste of Japanese ramen. The food came out very quickly! Within just a few minutes. The atmosphere was cozy yet lively, perfectly matching the vibe of 16th Street. I’d love to come back and sit on the patio next time . That would be an experience. I’d definitely recommend Menya for your next downtown visit, whether you’re out shopping or looking for a satisfying ramen experience between your busy schedule.

Me my fiancee were here on our first trip together after years of long distance and we randomly bumped into this ramen place. The food is soo good... especially the kimchi fried.... couldn't just stop eating!! The shoyu ramen was also so nice!! I recommend this place for a quick hot ramen when it's snowing outside!!

We happened to randomly stop here for dinner on the way to a concert and were pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic (get the crunchy tuna small plate and the crab croquettes, they’re delish!), the service was fast & friendly, and the decor was fun. If you like spicy, you’ll love the spicy edamame (be warned, it has quite a bit of heat to it!) two thumbs up!

First, there is a noodle bar on the other block of the hotel; just go here! It’s so good and I have never had anything I didn’t enjoy. I took colleagues that had been to the other noodle bar and hands down said they like this one more. The service is fantastic and the general vibe is more of a neighborhood feel than someplace that attracts tourists. I had most of their hot noodle bowls, tofu, and tuna. They also have a versatile sake list and you can take sake to go. I have a shrimp allergy and I appreciate any Asian place I can eat and they are able to accommodate my allergy.

Professional Review – Menya Noodle Bar Menya Noodle Bar offers a high-quality dining experience with exceptional food and a well-curated atmosphere. The dishes are expertly crafted, consistently flavorful, and served with impressive presentation. From the rich broths to the fresh ingredients, the culinary standards here are clearly a priority and do not disappoint. The ambiance is modern and welcoming, making it a great spot for both casual outings and more relaxed dining. Cleanliness and overall organization throughout the restaurant also reflect a strong commitment to quality. However, the level of customer service does not fully align with the high standards set by the kitchen and environment. During my visit, staff members appeared distracted and at times disengaged from guests. While not overtly unprofessional, the lack of attentiveness—potentially due to internal social distractions—did diminish the overall experience. Investing in staff training focused on guest engagement and service consistency would greatly elevate the overall customer experience. A more attentive, customer-first approach would allow Menya Noodle Bar to truly reach its full potential. In summary, this is an excellent restaurant with top-tier food and ambiance, slightly held back by inconsistent service. With minor adjustments in hospitality, it could easily become a five-star destination.

Seriously, this is the biggest poke bowl I've ever had. They gave so much raw fish and seaweed. I had to dig really deep to find rice. Everything was so fresh. The servers were very nice. The service was fast. I love this place.
